Marconi Sweet Peppers
The perfect pepper from our garden this year. Great taste and texture. Excellent fresh, diced, minced for canning and freezes well. We have added them to everything from scrambled eggs to meat loaf. Fry alone or add diced onions. Place sliced Marconi peppers in a skillet with a little butter or olive oil, right before plating, grind on a little fresh sea salt. YUM. THE Perfect side dish or addition to any recipe.
